WHAT TO EXPECT
During the Therapeutic Process
We provide a nonjudgemental, respectful space where you have the opportunity to share, sift, organize and manage the many things you are facing in your life.
We provide support, clinical expertise, strategies and skills so that you leave feeling more confident in your ability to navigate challenges and live your life with increased ease and comfort.
When attending Groups
You can expect to attend with 4-12 members. This allows time for everyone to participate. The group environment provides a shared experience that allows you to release things you have been holding onto, or to simply listen and experience that you are not alone.
We utilize evidence-based methods and participate in ongoing training and professional education.

To establish services please contact us via phone or email. Services are not available for online booking at this time.

All services are fee for service and are billed at the end of the service day. You may choose to submit your invoice to your insurance company to determine reimbursement if this is offered by your carrier.

We listen to your professional or business needs and develop a collaborative plan to support you and your organization. We provide Psychoeducation, Therapeutic Services and Organizational / Team Assessment and Intervention recommendations.

Our partners are all certified in their respective fields and work with a deep regard for integrity and ethics.
